Sort by Listing Stopped Working

    I’m using Divi and all listings I had previously added correctly sort alphabetically according to listing. Today I added a new listing and it is the only one that isn’t sorting by listing – the new property is listed last, not alphabetically like the rest. Please help me so it displays alphabetically like the rest.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    The sort that you’re using on your website is not alphabetical sort. It sorts the listings with their Listing ID.

    How do I edit a property’s listing ID? Is that one of the entries under Basic Details?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback.
    I think there is a misunderstanding here. Listing Type option sorts the listing with their listing type ID. It doesn’t sort the listing alphabetically by the listing type name.

    Also you cannot edit the listing type ID because it’s a technical number stored on database.
