Fake directories for uploads

Hello all,

On a site I look after (https://uk.tug.org) we have various uploads. Most of these are fine showing up inside wp-content/…, but for our magazine (Baskerville) I’d like to alter things a bit. We have a page at:

https://uk.tug.org/baskerville

and it would be nice if I could make the PDFs show up as, for example:

https://uk.tug.org/baskerville/baskerville-10-1.pdf

Obviously I may need to alter some file names, but how do I get the media to “point” from wp-content/<year>/<month>/<filename> correctly?
