    Hello,
According to our tests it works fine with the Cache Enabler plugin so feel free to use it combined with iubenda Cookie Solution.

    Hello,
thank you very much for your reply.
I’ve tried but it doesn’t work really well.
When the user accept by scrolling the page without cookie banner it remains in cache. I’ve tried to delete cookies from the browser but the cookie banner doesn’t appear again.
I’ve used the cookie solution (safe-mode code and this code is inside the tag <head> not in the plugin area).
Let me know what I can do, please.
    Thank you very much.

Can you please try disabling that option: “Leave scripts untouched on the page if the user has already given consent”.

Then clear the cache and check if the issue persist.

If that doesn’t help please reach our customer support through the iubenda website as we might require some additional information.

    Hello,
    thanks for the answer.
    I’ve done many tests.
I have seen that with Cache Enabler active the Iubenda plugin doesn’t block all the cookies.
It blocks cookies the first time, but If I delete all data from browser and visit again the website, then cookies are already there (eg. googleads.g.doubleclick.net and others) even if I wrapped them with <!–IUB-COOKIE-BLOCK-START–><!–IUB-COOKIE-BLOCK-END–>.

Disabling plugin Cache enabler all cookies are blocked the first visit, and then if I clean browser they don’t appear again before the consent.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
    Kind regards,

    Have a nice day.
