‘What is Paypal?’ link in Checkout page is no translatable

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

I see that everything is in Spanish except for the popup that opens:

WooCommerce gets your shop’s location country (set under WooCommerce > Settings > General) and bases the PayPal window language on that. When I set my site to Spain, the “what is PayPal” window came up in Spanish.

Can you please check if your country is set to something other than Spain?
