Set shipping per region and product

    Hi, I’m creating a webshop that sells flowers.

    We want to only ship fresh flowers within a certain range of our store, but we have other products that we can ship across the entire country.

    How would I implement this? When a user wants to buy fresh flowers from a region that we don’t ship to, they should be unable to complete their order.

    This should only be for the product category fresh flowers, all other stuff can be ordered.

    The country is The Netherlands.

    Any ideas are welcome,
