Cannot edit Categories And Tags

  • Hi,

    I cannot edit categories and tags when logging by another user.

    I working on “User Role Editor” plugin to assign permissions and capabilities.

    I create a test user with a test role with all capabilities, And still, categories and tags tabs are hidden and shown only for admin role.
