Fatal error line 200

Hi,

The pluggin has been deactivated from my WordPress and when i try to activate it I have the message : syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in (my website)/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/pinterest-pin-it-button-on-image-hover-and-post/pinterest-pin-It-button.php on line 200

I checked line 200 : $all_exclude_pages = [];
(line 199 is : function exclude_save_page(){ )

What can I do to reactivate it ?
