    Hi,

    There is some strange problems with the feeds going on. The XML-feeds <link> tag change to different domains/channels. Also the currency gets removed and mixed from time to time. Please see below:

    *General problems (all feeds)*
    – It shows <link>https://moutife.com</link&gt; when the feed actually is for <link>https://moutife.se</link&gt; in the XML-file. This works sometimes but gets replaced when changing in settings while trying to sort out other problems.

    *Google shopping feed problems*
    – It shows no price in the Google Shopping Feed for any country (even with the custom price parameter)
    – This works and gets added some times (and mixed up)

    *Facebook/Instagram feed problems*
    – It shows no price at all in the Facebook/Instagram Feed
    – This works and gets added some times (and mixed up)

    I have activated WPML on the settings page.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi patricp10,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with it.

    In order to understand how you have configured your feed I need your help.Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

    Your URL should look something like this now
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

    On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me at [email protected] and reference this topic in your email?

    Thanks,
    Eva

    Hi patricp10,

    Thanks for sending over the debug.log

    With regards to the issue at hand:

    Link
    I have checked your Google Shopping feed that you have set up for Swedish. All links in that product feed end on .se which seems correct to me. It is making it hard for us to analyse why it would sometimes change to a .com when there are none in it.

    Price
    You have mapped the g:price field to the custom attribute: regular price SEK. Are you sure that custom attribute is always filled for all (Swedish) products?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi,

    The products in the feed is not the issue.

    The initial tag in the XML is mostly wrong (it changes from time to time though). Not sure if that matter or not but it usually shows moutife.com instead of moutife.se – so there is something going on.

    This tag:

    <channel>
    <title>Moutife SE – FB-INSTAGRAM</title>
    <link>https://moutife.se</link&gt;
    <description>

    About the price thing, I have used it before so it should work. I also tested with others custom attributes but same result.

    There also seems to be a bug with the custom attributes page. By default ALL attributes are activated. If you disable some they are never saved. You can check this by unchecking some attributes and then leave the page and then come back again.
