• Dear all,

    First of all: Awsome plugin!!!

Getting started I have two questions:
    a) I would like to hide recipes from the blogroll (publishing only via pages, not blogposts). How to achieve?

    b) Is there a way – in the free version – to change the background to transparent without tweaking the CSS?

    Thanks
    Christian

    Hi Christian,

    1. I’m not sure what you’re looking for exactly. A recipe doesn’t exist on its own so it wouldn’t appear anywhere, only on the page you’ve added it to. Or am I misunderstanding?

    2. You’d have to remove the background-color under “Edit CSS” in the Template Editor.

    Hi Brechtvds,

    thanks for the quick answer.
Basically my question point at the following: When I create a recipe and safe it, it appears automatically in my blogroll (along with other news, topics etc which are not cooking related – recipes are only one part of my site).
I would like to exclude recipes from appearing in the blogroll / as post and would like to use them only in pages via the shortcut.
    Is this possible via onboard-features?

    Thanks
    Christian

Well that’s where I’m confused: just creating a recipe should not make it appear anywhere. You are using WP Recipe Maker and not our old WP Ultimate Recipe plugin, right?
