• The plugin seemed good enough that I bought the paid version, and that was pretty good too. I asked support for help under a different email than the one I paid with and they helped for a while, and then said my account was not paid. I gave proof of my account that was paid, but next time I logged in the whole support thread was deleted.

    Edit: Support added my previous thread to a new one, and the issue was resolved.

    My name is Chris. Sorry you’ve had a less-than-awesome experience! It may have been me that was working with you via email.

    Were you logged in and communicating with support with more than one email? If you can submit another ticket under the email you used to purchase, we can get things sorted out. I promise we don’t delete support threads or tickets! At worst, the ticket would be set to “closed” meaning it was resolved and archived, but definitely still accessible.

    Appreciate your feedback. We’ll get this squared away, don’t worry!
