Email Changes Not Saving – *Save Changes* Leads To Page Not Found

Hi WordPress Community!

It doesn’t seem like anyone else has had this issue that I can find, but every time I go to Ultimate Member > Settings > Email > *Select An Email* > Click Save Changes it takes me to “Page Not Found”. It seems like I can’t customize the existing templates at all. I’m not trying to do anything besides switch some text.

I also can’t enable any of the disabled automated emails. For example, Account Activation Email, Your account is pending review, Account Approved Email, and Account Rejected Email.

I don’t have too much experience with WordPress so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or if I need to install additional templates.
