VAT missing on most invoices

    The VAT is missing on most of my invoices.
    – There is VAT on orders through the webshop, but not on the invoice.
    – I have a POS system as well. The invoices for that do include VAT
    – occasionaly there is an invoice for a webshop order that does include VAT.

    I tried disabling the POS, that does not solve this. All plugins are up to date.

    In most cases tax related issues are caused by incorrect WooCommerce tax settings. To troubleshoot this please read the following guide: Displaying taxes

    I am sorry, that is not the solution. Taxes are fine on orders, the problem is with the majority of invoices orders through the webshop, not on all. Something else is the problem. Help is appreciated.

    I’m sorry to hear that. Could you show us a screenshot of an order where it shows the taxes and the accompanying screenshot of the PDF invoice of that same order?

    Thanks for sharing that, that’s interesting. Normally the taxes should be shown behind the total (i.e. “€8.45 (includes €1.47 btw)” instead of “€8.45”). Our plugin retrieves this directly from WooCommerce. Could you also show a screenshot of the email sent by WooCommerce for this order? It should show the same as the PDF invoice.

    If not, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll do our best to find what’s causing this. If any customizations to the template or template output (filters/actions) have been applied, please include this information as this will make it easier for us to determine what’s removing the tax information from this output.

    This turned out to be a conflict with the plugin “WooCommerce Multi Currency”. Orders that were placed with that plugin activated were being filtered and as a result, the tax data was being stripped from the PDF invoices.
