    Hi,

    I don’t know if this issue is generated by the plugin but I can’t view any of my session recordings on any browser. I get only errors, something about Yandex security certificate not being valid or the fact that Metrica is not properly configured on my website.
    The site is connected, because I can see all the activity in my Metrica dashboard, but I can’t play the recordings. Browsers I tried with: Chrome, Mozilla, Microsoft Edge.
    Any idea what could cause this?

    Could you share a screenshot or console log on the browser?

    As I know, some of the Yandex services have been banned in Ukraine, are you from there?

    No, I’m from Romania, not Ukraine. I’ve been able to view sessions from some other websites of mine which were hosted on Shopify, no issues there. Maybe it’s because of the Session Replay 2.0 which is in Beta…

    Is your website has an SSL and accepting all request on https?

    It’s hard to say something at this point, but I don’t think the problem is related to the plugin.

    Yes, I have SSL, do you think it’s my website? Where could I check whether it accepts all requests on ssl?

    UPDATE: It seems to be working fine now, it looks like the problem was with Yandex and not my website SSL. Thank you for the support!
