woocommerce is not showing product gallery

    Hello there,
    i am having issues with my woocommerce plugin.

    if you look at links of my screenshot, my related items i.e product gallery have disappeared suddenly.

    i don’t know if its because of update or what, but i have multiple sites which are using same theme and plugin, and all have stopped showing product galleries of woocommerce.
    can you please help us figure out what happened? it was working fine until we noticed

    2 days go images were disappeared, although images are still showing when we edit the product.

    Hey @meerulz.

    First of all, “related products” are products, not the images that you add as a gallery.

    Second, I see that your product details are wrapped inside your gallery__wrapper, which isn’t a good sign at all and likely means that your theme is using outdated WooCommmerce templates.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to
    ?

    • temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    yes i have switched theme to storefront and it is showing me images now.
    so does that mean plugins are fine? and problem is with the theme?

    there were some outdated woocommerce files in my theme, i have just updated them manually to newer version, still its not working for me.
