I have set up a custom HTML widget to show on the right sidebar of all pages on the website. However when I log-out of WordPress the widget only shows on my homepage. I have clear the cache and cookies and checked on Chrome, Internet Explorer and my mobile but the widget is still only displayed on my homepage.

    Please advise.

What’s the name of that widget? I can check it at my end.

    Sorry t-p,

I wasn’t nofified of your reply. The widget is simply called “Custom HTML” and is found under “Available Widgets” in the WordPress dashboard.

In addition to this, I have updated some of logos on the left sidebar but again these changes only show if I am logged-in to the WordPress dashboard for my website.

    Please advise.

(I’ll remember to actively check for replies this time!)

    Thanks in advance,
    Louise

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

I’ll install Health Check this evening.
