    Hello There,

    How are you doing? ??

You can disable the BuddyPress activity feature for all the users in the BuddyPress settings. You can find these settings in the Dashboard > Settings > BuddyPress > Components > Activity Streams > Untick the option and save.

Here is a link to the document guide for your reference, https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/configure-components/.

    Best,
    BuddyBoss Support.

    Hi there!

    Sorry, I wasn’t specific.
I meant the course activity settings in the group when you link it to a course.
    User starts a course
    User completes a course
    User creates a lesson
    User completes a lesson
    User passes a quiz
User comments on single lesson page

Can these be disabled by default on group creation?

    Hello,

Apologies, we cannot disable these activities while creating a course. However, you can surely manage them in the group settings after creating the group.

You can visit the Group > Course Settings > Course Activities section. Here is a screenshot for your reference: https://i.imgur.com/jRNecbE.jpg.

We hope that helps you. ??

    Hi there,

I am a developer so I can attempt it.
I just need to know if there is anyway to override the \wp-content\plugins\buddypress-learndash\includesbp-learndash-group-settings.php file in a custom plugin or the child theme so I can modify it?

I see that this file is loaded in main-class.php on line 414.
Your help will be much appreciated.

    Hi there,

We have already overridden the default groups features of the BuddyPress plugins in the BuddyPress for LearnDash plugin. So we cannot override the same again in the child theme.

This would require customizing the code of the BuddyPress for LearnDash plugin.

    Regards,
