    Hi,

    I can’t read the CSV of the Export option of the plugin. I’ve attached the file I get when I hit “export”. It seems it’s not correctly encoded but in the free version of the plugin there are not option to adjust so I don’t know how to solve it.

    It would be great if you can help me with this.

    Hi @xeniaporcel,

    We have tested the same in our test environment and were unable to replicate the issue. We were able to open and view the CSV you sent us using LibreOffice application. Our plugin exports CSV in UTF-8 encoded format. The issue you are facing might be due to PHP limitations.

    Could you please share us your Woocommerce status report via support.
