Custom positioning of the hamburger

Hi,

First of all – congratulations on the great plugin – this is indeed a very nicely done one!

I want to place the hamburger on the right side of the screen but keep the slide open on the left edge (I know that I can move both left/right but this is not what I want). How to make this possible?

In the long run – how do I place the hamburger in a custom position – for example, bottom left/right corners (better reach areas on mobile) of the screen and stick it there?
