Order Import not linking Customer ID to customers

    I’m trying to import a bunch of orders with customer ids linked to them, but it just doesn’t seem to be working.

    When I export orders where I’ve manually selected the customer, the fields show the same as what I’m importing.

    Where am I going wrong?

    Figured it out, needed customer_email as well as customer_id and customer_user.

    Hi @alnitak,

    Happy to know that you were able to resolve the issue yourself.

    It is mandatory to have the customer_email column in the CSV in order to import orders and link it with the customers.
