    Hello,
This is a common problem but I still have not found the solution to reduce the delay between the page being loaded and the plugin animation. Basically, the % animation comes only in the end, which means visitors cannot easily tell if the page is loading.
I submit this problem again because I cannot find the solution on the support pages. Even after the last plugin update you suggest, it still takes several seconds for the animation to kick in. Could you please provide the detailed instructions on how to solve that problem once for all so anyone can follow?
    Thanks for your great work.
    Cheers

    Hello @sanders964,

The default logos are SVG files programmed with javascript, but you can replace them with your own animations, for example, you can upload an animate .gif as logo image, and it should be displayed sooner than the .svg file.

    Best regards.

    Thanks for your reply.
I tried to upload a gif instead but WP blocked it (http error). Too much hassle, I quit.
    Thanks anyway.

    Hello @sanders964,

Could you send me the URL to the webpage where you have enabled the loading screen for checking the issue in detail, please?

    Best regards.

Thank you for your help, you can see the problem here: https://fuckinglovestory.com/staging1/?p=9915
Whenever you click on a menu item (left panel) you will notice that nothing seems to happen until the gif animation is loaded and when it does, it is so late the content page is already loaded. I want the animation to load as soon as the visitor clicks the menu so they know something is happening and they have to wait.
    Thanks again

    Hello @sanders964,

The URL you sent me is displaying a form for entering an username and password.

    Best regards.

Sorry about that, I sent you the staging version which requires prior login.

You can try with the prod version: https://fuckinglovestory.com/s01e04-destiny/
I uploaded an animated gif as you recommended for the loading page.
Once again, the problem is that when we click a menu item (left panel) nothing happens before a very long time which kills the purpose of the loader (basically the gif shows when the page is already loaded).

    Thanks for you help

Thank you so much for your time.
Yes, it does work ok when it is pasted in the URL but not so much when it is triggered via the menu items. So I guess the problem is with my menu so I will work on that.
    Take care
