    Hello,

For a few days i try to update.
Every time i get the following message: Bijwerken mislukt: Your Elegant Themes username or API Key is incorrect. Please update your details in the Settings > General tab. Valid credentials are required to update your theme.

I dont understand what the divi theme has to do with it

Also use wordpress 2017, 2016 themes.

    No results

    Diasabled all the plugins

    No results

Is it possible to delete MEC without losing all events and then install a new version 3.0?

    Best regards,

    Ecua

    Hello @ecua,

Yes, you can remove MEC with deactivating and delete on plugins, and then install and activate a new version.

This problem has now been fixed(on the latest version of MEC).
