Trying to move old WP blog to new WP blog

Hi, I’m trying to move a WordPress blog version 2.0.4 to a version 2.7 as efficiently as possible. I see that the new version has an Import feature but the old version does not have have an Export feature. What is the most efficient way for me to do this other than copying and pasting each entry into the new blog? Thanks.
