    Hi,

Thanks this looks like a great plugin.

Ive been following the advice here – https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-and-delete-transients-in-wordpress/

So i have both Transients Manager and Delete Expired Transients installed. despite the empty from Delete Expired Transients; in Transients Manager theres over 100, all similar of “tablepress_367c4af3df8a3610fb3dbeb7d54da2ac”. Thats obviously Table press plugin.

they all seem to be table code such as <table id=”tablepress-26″ class=”tablepress tablepress-id-26″> etc. Are they worth deleting or not? Thanks

Transients are used to store all kinds of temporary data. Without being the developer of the TablePress plugin, I cannot say if those should be deleted or kept.

Reach out to the TablePress developer and they should be able to give you more insight into what is stored in those transients.

Yes thanks; thres a mini plugin and ive added that already.

I also installed your plugin on another site, my god its got hundreds ones such as:

    tsf_7_11_ldjs_pos_tag_291_1_en_us

No idea what that could be though?

No, sorry, I can’t tell you what those are. They’re probably being added by another plugin you have.

    Thanks pippin.

Phew, just cant find what this all about. I have around 500 such as:

    2075359 tsf_7_11_ldjs_month_07_15_1_en_us 6 days Edit | Delete
    2075266 tsf_7_11_ldjs_page_684_1_en_us 6 days Edit | Delete
    2075252 tsf_7_11_ldjs_pos_tag_291_1_en_us 6 days Edit | Delete
    2075238 tsf_7_11_ldjs_pos_tag_300_1_en_us 6 days Edit | Delete
    2075218 tsf_7_11_ldjs_pos_tag_269_1_en_us 6 days Edit | Delete

Do you think this is really slowing down our website? It does crash sometimes. Can i delete them?

Ive gone into the “edit” mode of one of them,:

    <script type=”application/ld+json”>{“@context”:”https://schema.org&#8221;,”@type”:”BreadcrumbList”,”itemListElement”:[{“@type”:”ListItem”,”position”:1,”item”:{“@id………………

    Could this be Yoast?

Transients are not inherently bad for performance. They can be but they can also significantly improve performance.

Please do not delete any transients without knowing what they are for or why they are there.

I do not know which plugin that transient comes from but I don’t believe it’s Yoast SEO.
