Urgent-Adding location or service or worker impossible

    I have tierd to adding a location, when I add its then I update the page, any location is showing. I don’t understand what happining. Help me please.

    In phpMyadmin the plugin don’t have created a tables, I think the problem comme frome that. I have removed the plugin and reinstall but nothing adding. Help!
