API Error 400

Hi, I am using Contact Forms 7 and I am getting the following error in my system logs on the OSticket side:
Unable to create new ticket: validation errors: user: Incomplete client information 20: Issue Summary is a required field *[API Key]*
I have all of the required fields in the form. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
