Sportspress Pro Sponsors showing twice, on mobile only

    Hi there!
    I’ve been struggling for a while with the fact that our sponsors appear twice on mobile front pages, both before the rest of the front page, and after. This could get pretty annoying for readers of course, so I really want it to be only on the bottom as 80% of our visitors are on mobile units.
    It works fine on desktop.

    I’ve contacted the author for help, but was told to check with the author of the theme (as I don’t use any of “their themes”, which is the common response from support sadly.

    I did check with the creator of the theme though, just to be sure, and they had no solution either.

    Has anyone else experienced this ?

    Hi!

    Thanks for your reply and I’m sorry that you feel this way.

    This is indeed a theme-related issue. Widget areas are created by themes not our plugin at all. This is not because you are not using one of our themes, this is because it IS caused by your theme.

    If you switch to a different theme (Rookie, Twenty Seventeen or any other default theme) and you still experience this issue we’d be glad to help you (just reach out to our premium support again).

    If the theme author (Themefusion) didn’t want to help you, you can reach out to the theme comments section, but as far as I recall their support tries to accommodate almost any request (including some minor customizations). It’s weird that they didn’t want to help you this time.
