Change Calendar page

    How do I change the page the calendar appears on? At present it creates its own ‘events’ archive page accessed through the menu. This has now menu, so cannot navigate to another page. I want the calendar on an ‘events’ page I create

  • Hi there,

    The main events page will display at whatever url that you have set in Events > Settings > General > “Events URL slug”. This page is an “archive” type page, and like other WordPress post types, doesn’t have an actual “page”.

    If you want the calendar to display on your site’s home page, you can select “Main Calendar Page” in WordPress site settings.

    There is another option that is available with the Events Calendar Pro plugin, which allows you to add the calendar to other pages or posts using a shortcode.
