BBpress shortcodes and reply form not displaying

  • I cannot seem to make any of the bbpress shortcodes for new reply or new topic display. It shows a blank screen instead of the form on the reply page as well. Meaning that it shows no reply form at all on the topic page. Please help not sure what I am doing wrong here.
