    I am using square successfully on one of my multisite sites but on a second site I cannot get the card payment section to appear.
    Both sites use different square accounts and both are run entirely on SSL.
    Any help appreciated.

    Hi there!

    Can you provide us some more information?

    On the site in question, if you have only Square set up, what do you see at checkout (no payment method available error? or something else)?

    Can you confirm that the business location is set in the WordPress dashboard as noted at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/#section-7

    Also, for multi-sites, we suggest that you keep the plugin deactivated at the network level, and then activate it on a site by site basis.

    Let us know if you have those options set and then we can take it from there.

    We have other payment methods setup but the Square just doesn’t appear?
    Location is set correctly in the backend.
    Yes we activate it at the local level.
    We did disconnect and reconnect a different square account on the site in question, could this have left behind a conflict in the database anywhere?
    We have checked the web console and dont see any errors.

    Typically disconnecting/reconnecting will not cause a problem. I would suggest doing plugin conflict testing to see if Square will show up with only WooCommerce and Square active. If that doesn’t do the trick, then we’ve gone as far as we can here and we’ll need to open a ticket.

    Thanks we worked it out the problem.
    Our site showed multiple currencies so GBP, Euro and USD.
    If we turn the currency extension off it works, seems square dont let you take payments in more than one currency?

    Glad to hear it’s working again. You’ll want to make sure the currency set in the WooComemrce settings matches the one in Square and yes, it will take one currency at a time.
