Wanted – theme to list people’s profiles / CVs – reverse job board

Hi.
I am looking for a theme – that I am prepared to pay for – that will allow users to create an account and upload details of their services (in the style of a CV or portfolio).
The basic functionality I am looking for is that once users create an account, they pay me, I activate their account, and then they upload their own content of words and pictures to promote their services (a job board in reverse).
Then people searching for these people’s services will type in what they want (photographer, for example). Then a list of people matching the search is shown and viewers click through to a person’s CV details.
Does such a theme exist?
