Two Forms on One Page Supported?

    Hi,

    I have a page with two forms where the plugin is not working.

    It works fine on another page on the same site that only has one form.

    Is it possible that the two forms are causing an issue?

    Yes, multiple forms are not currently supported. It may work on the first form, but probably not on the second.
