Timing issue?

    When loading, I see that padding is added to the body tag, equal to the height of the bar. But, it’s random. Sometimes it sets the padding as 30px (correctly for desktop), other times it might set to 75px, 79px, etc. So, the page layout is affected at random. Any suggestions?
