Pay with credit card in paypal without a paypal account

The option to pay with a Credit/Debit card should always be present. Can you please provide the specific steps taken to replicate the issue when the option doesn’t show? A screenshot would also be helpful. You won’t be able to upload files here – you can either share them via your site’s Media section, or use something like https://snaggy.com

On my computer it shows the correct button there.

But on someone elses computer it isn’t present there.

So the steps are simple: Add some products to the cart, go to checkout, select paypal, and checkout -> It shows one of the pages shown in the 2 screenshots.
