Group recurring events

    Is it possible to group the events caused by a recurring event and just display the recurring event once, with the range of dates as long as there is still an event left in future? This would be very handy for listing on a page.

  • Hello,

    You could add them in a category and visit the link of that Category or alternatively you could put them in a Tag then create a Page and a shortcode that list the Events. Then your could add an attribute to only show events with the selected Tag.

    ie: You created a recurring event called Special Event and you added it to a tag of special and has a tag-id of 10.

    [events_list tag="10"]#_EVENTDATES <br/>[/events_list]

    But this way you don’t see the event in the calendar?
    I am also looking for a good solution to group recurring events.
