Premium Plugin NOT working + NO SUPPORT

  • I’ve reached out to customer service several times over the course of a year trying to resolve the issue of the Premium plugin that I PAID for is still not working on my site. I was able to customize the form to look the way i want and have inputed all the settings, but it never pops up anywhere on my site. This is ridiculous at this point; I really would appreciate some assistance with the matter before EOY.

    I’m afraid it doesn’t change anything. The author cannot support you here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
