WC Field Factory text area and radio fields not available for export

  • Hello,
    I created a Woocommerce product with some field factory custom fields – a text field, a text area field and a radio button field. When I use the Advanced order export plugin to create a new profile and select “Set field to export” –> Products –> “set fields to export”, under the order item field I can select the text based field but I do not get the option to even select the textarea and radio button fields. They are not listed in the drop down at all. Is there a reason I cannot export anything other than text fields? Or is there a different location to select the textarea and the radio button fields? Please advise, thanks for your help.

    hi

    The plugin pulls meta keys from existing order.
    If you just added these fields – you must create fake order (and fill them!).

    You should see keys in “Set fields to export” –> Products –> “Add fields” -> “Order item fields”.

    It’s not a new field. I have an order already created and it shows the text field but not the other two fields – textarea and radio button.

    Please,visit >Woocommerce>Orders and edit the order.

    Do you see correct item meta for product?

    I tried to edit the order and now it only shows the text field. The other 2 fields were not visible. What does this mean?

    bug in WC Field Factory ?

    I suggest to create fake order and view it in backend.
