WP to Buffer with multilingual content

I use [qtranslate-xt](https://github.com/qtranslate/qtranslate-xt) to manage my multilingual website and use WP to Buffer to share posts to social networks.

What is wrong is that Buffer send titles and/or excerpts with the qtranslate-xt language selector (like this: [:en]My post's title[:]).

Did-you have an idea how to avoid this?
