HOPELESS

  • I used this service for about 3 years and it worked fine ,I thought it did anyway! However the minute I had a problem I could not get hold of customer service to save my life.I wasted days playing around with settings and trying to contact customer service, all the while losing business because my site was offline.In the end I just ended up restoring my site from my hosts free backup. (It took 2 minutes)
    All i got was automatic replies from vaultpress pointing to FAQs etc and assuming you are a complete idiot. There is nothing more frustrating.I will not be renewing this service.
