Currently have a WP form embedded on the aforementioned and while submission works, the submitted content is never received via email in either by inbox or spam.

All plugins/themes are up to date. Have attempted to submit forms in both chrome and mozilla (most up to date versions) and correspondence is never received.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi misskendrawright,

Sorry to hear that! To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your notification settings are correct using our tutorial on how to set up notification emails.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to email filter settings of your receiving email account that are designed to combat spam.

To fix this, you’ll need to configure a SMTP plugin on your site to authenticate the notifications, so the email filters settings recognize the emails as legitimate.

We have a list of recommended SMTP options and links to individual tutorials for each option.

    I hope this helps ??

    Hi prakashbiswas,

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that the WP Mail SMTP are configured correctly according to our tutorial on how to set up WP Mail SMTP.

If the configurations are correct, and there are not server issues, you’ll see a success message.

If you see an error message after the test email in WP Mail SMTP, you can check the error message for the recommended next steps. You can also share the error meesage in WP? Mail SMTP’s support forum if you have more questions.

    I hope this helps ??
