All my client websites with the custom media folder (changing wp-uploads) have problems with my images. This is a big trouble because I have to desactive SG Optimizer from all these sites and I can use SiteGround cache.

Can you please review this problem to solve it?

Having a custom media folder is a common setting in WordPress.

    Thanks
    Joel

For example, in this website the media folder is ‘contenido’, and all these url’s are broken. Not actually because I had to disable the plugin.

Any news about this bug? I have seen 5.0.9 update but it does not fix the problem.

    Hey Joel,

I’ve just checked this issues and it seems that the problem is not related to the plugin, but the way you have defined your custom uploads dir. I saw in your wp-config.php that you have defined the UPLOADS constant in the bottom of the file.

WordPress codes recommends to add it before require_once(ABSPATH . 'wp-settings.php');. Here is a link link to the codex.

I’ve just moved the constant above that line and the images look ok now.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else we can help.

    Regards,
    Stanimir

    Thank you very much @sstoqnov!

It was definitely that! I did not know that WordPress recommends to add it before that line. Now I can fix it to all my client websites.

Finally I have tried your new plugin and it is AWESOME!!

Thank you very much for your support ??
