Facebook button loads an error page

    Good afternoon,

    The facebook button shows to share an error page.

    “IMDB.COM” The Rock (1996)

    and my page is another totally different one.

    Hello,

    First, check out the plugin’s FAQ on Facebook sharing to learn about meta tags and how they determine what’s shared on Facebook.

    Then in your web browser, you can View Page Source to see that you have an odd extra set of meta tags at the very top of each page. Here’s one of the meta tags:

    <meta property="og:url" content="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0117500/" />

    That og:url meta tag is causing Facebook (and a few other services) to use that IMDB page instead of the one you expect. So you’ll want to troubleshoot to find out what’s setting those extra meta tags — either your current theme or another plugin. (AddToAny doesn’t set meta tags, and the meta tags from the Yoast plugin are the ones you want to keep.)
