Found Solution for reCPTCHA V3 – rollback (very easy)

    Solution:

    1. Our host is SiteGround.

    2. With their backup tool (through cPanel), I restored the contact 7 plugin back to version 5.0.5, by using the Restore File option, and chose a restore point prior to the 5.1 release (I used December 10, 2018).

    3. Than recreated the reCAPTCHA V2 keys through my reCAPTCHA account, and inserted the new keys in 2 places:
    – Dashboard>>Appearance>>Customize>>Site Settings>>Google reCAPTCHA API settings
    – Dashboard>>Contact>>Integration

    And now all works fine. reCAPTCHA “I’m not a robot” boxes reappeared in all forms and they work fine.
