Plugin always deactivating immediately after activating

I purchased the plugin since it looks awesome, but when I activated it, I went to put my license in, and it hung after putting my license in. I went back and noticed it had been deactivated, so I activated it again, and this time I got my license in, but then it was deactivated moments later. Any ideas on what could be causing it to deactivate? I sent an email to your support, but felt it might be useful for others if it were here as well so that others that run into this issue can get it fixed.
