Form doesn’t work

    Hi,

    I am trying to use your plugin on my website incorporating the list choice option for choosing a mailing list during submission, however it does not seem to work at all – with an error “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

    I have followed the exact directions and don’t see why this would be happening. Could you please guide me in the right direction to fixing this error?

    1. Please don’t use shortlinks. I’ve replaced it with the site’s real link.
    2. What’s the point of putting it behind a password if you publish the password? I’ve redacted the password.

    The reason I included short link is because I don’t want to have the company name visible in this forum. How would you recommend to go about providing a URL without the company name with out using a URL shortener?

    As far as the password… the password is to the staging are only. This website is not live it’s staged. If you take away the password then support cannot access the staged website. I do not set a password when staging… this is done automatically.

    So can you please put the login info/password back for the staging area so that the support can access it?

    I have done this previously before… I don’t understand why I got flagged this time…

    The id/psw may be OK for you, but it may lead others to think it’s OK… and it’s not.

    We do not like URL shorteners; they’ve been abused. When you put a *real* URL into the “site I need help with” field, it’s visible only to logged in users, so it’s not seen by search engines.

    Hello,

    For security reasons, please do not share any login details in a public forum. We would suggest the same thing that we suggest our premium customers to contact us directly via “[email protected]” for issues related to our plugin and when you have to share sensitive material.

    For now, please go to “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and please share with us any errors listed there.

    Hello,

    If you have used this email multiple times to test, then MailChimp.com would have blocked it and is not allowing it for subscribing again. I would suggest using a different email for further testing.
