Enable all custom fields in search

Hi there!
I was wondering if there is a way to have search field a query parameter which would pull results from all the custom fields?
Essentially what I would get from:
https://18.197.164.235/member-directory/?company=abc&brands=&xyzcity=&um_search=1can be pulled from query parameter say “s”:
https://18.197.164.235/member-directory/?s=abc
and
https://18.197.164.235/member-directory/?s=xyzLet me know if I don’t make sense here?
