How to add a PDF in the new editor

    In the old editor, I could add a PDF to my media library, and a hyperlink to it would be added to the post. A person would click the link and download the PDF. I can’t see a way to do that in Gutenberg.

    I downloaded the PDF Embedder plugin, but the embedder plugin embeds a viewable PDF instead of creating a download link.

    It seems like there ought to be a way to do this without an added plugin?
