    Hello,

    Here follows a possible bug that is occurring with me in update 1.3.x when duplicating the website using the latest version of the plugin and WP 4.9.9.

    ISSUE
    Cloning gets stuck at Step 3.

    Environment
    OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 (Any Browser)
    WordPress installation 4.9.9 (Not tested in WP 5.0.0+)
    Only ACF Plugin installed (No fields setup).
    Duplicator 1.3.? (Latest)

    Steps to reproduce
    1) Install lastest Duplicator in a WP 4.9.x install;
    2) Create package using all default options;
    3) Install the package in a raw environment (tested on the same server, same domain);
    4) Reach Step 3 using only default options;

    Expected result
    Duplicator pulls the domain from the base URL and the “Next” button is shown.

    Actual result
    Duplicator doesn’t pull the URL and there is no “Next” button. When clicking the “get” link, the Uncaught TypeError “DUPX.getNewURL is not a function” is thrown.

    Thank you for your time.

    PS.:

    The OSX system test was done in a localhost environment. The server test was done in a machine running Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS. All recommended requirements by WordPress (including PHP modules and version) are met.

    Hey @moreno1337,

    Give us some time we’ll see if we can reproduce this…

    Thxs

    Hey @moreno1337,

    We were unable to reproduce this issue with following browsers with WP.org duplicator plugin (1.3.0):

    – Windows chrome
    – Windows safari
    – Mac Safari

    I’m wondering if this might be a corrupted update of the plugin. I would like to suggest you try to delete plugin folder by FTP, download the latest copy of the plugin from wp.org and then install it.

    If you still continue to have the issue you can submit a support ticket for this issue I can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this thread when submitting the ticket.

    Thanks~

    Hello Cory,

    I switched temporarily to the latest 1.2.x due to the tight christmas schedule and it is working as intended for now.

    Regarding the issue, I had peformed a reinstallation using both versions (1.2.x and 1.3.x) but didn’t actually delete the plugin folder directly nor uploaded the plugin.

    I will be performing an update in the website’s staging today or most probably next monday and I can test doing a clean install and uploading the plugin directly. Will let you know.

    Thank you for your time.

    Thanks for the update!
