No Heatmap Tag found?

  • Installed plugin for wordpress, says ACTIVE, clicked Heatmap web pages and popup says No Heatmap Tag Found’ added code manually into page headers, still no show.

    Such a shame, I couldn’t get it to work, I had high hopes, why such a basic fault, same issue as Ecabral commented on 5 months ago! Maybe they have abandoned it? tho it says updated 2 weeks ago, confused!

    Off to try Mouseflow or Smartlook

    Hello,
    2 usual suspects when this happens:
    – if you have a caching plugin installed in your WordPress (like W3 Total Cache), please make sure to flush the cache so our tracking code is actually live on site for all visitors.
    – if you have a adblocker installed in your browser, it may prevent our tracking code from loading, please disable your adblocker and try again.
