• Polylang works very well in many cases, but. Many incompatibilities with other plugins, especially the builders (for me Elementor, site origin builder), but I encountered problems with other plugins among other dynamic sidebars systems.
The authors of the plugin do not seem to take into account a collaborative work with the authors of the other plugins.
In my experience (still weak) a multilingual system, yes, but on sites that use few third parties.

The problem of builders is still annoying.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    What makes you believe this?

I am not aware of any incompatibility with SiteOrigin Page Builder. The last time I tested it, it was working out of the box. And as far as I know, we did not receive any recent support issue for this plugin.

Our Pro version includes an integration with Beaver Builder and the Divi Builder. I just reported a bug to the Divi team to fix a conflict which arises in the new block editor.

And for Elementor, did you test this plugin?

    Hi dom-martigne,

I’m Alex and from SiteOrigin. We’re not aware of any compatibility issues between Polylang and SiteOrigin Page Builder. Can you please elaborate on the issues you’re facing? We would really like to resolve these issues and ensure compatibility between our plugins and Polylang.

    Hello @alexgso,

I was maybe a little upset, but I had a part of the site that no longer worked with SO builder enabled. It’s true that I do not remember what it was so much I tried in all directions.
The site has no more buiders (only on the homepage).

Elementor did not work on the translated articles (gray page), it seems that it has been settled for a few days.

For me I had a site that worked and the transition to muli-language has been difficult.

    I’m sorry for my nervousness.

I would like to increase the rating but, it seems that it is not possible.

    Hello Alex @alexgso,

I have done so much of testing, disable some then the others that I did not notice the exact problem at the moment. I know it’s not a good answer and I’m sorry, especially since I appreciate your work.
The website was working, then did not work with the builder anymore. since it’s set, I use the builder only on the homepage.

I discovered that moving a site in multi language is not easy and the problems came every time I wanted to return the buider (I use few plugins (SEO, security, back-up, maintenance)).

I strongly recommend the products of Site Origine.
