• Hi this is my first support question in 3 years of using Wrodpress,
I logged into my admin page and WordPress said that for me to continue that MySQL Database needed to be updated.
So I clicked update and it said it would take a few minutes, all these error messages poped up but when it finished it said it was completed.
I clicked continue and everything seemed fine, Dashboard loaded as usual, and the website homepage works fine.
However when you click on a post or page the following message comes up “The page you are trying to view is no longer avaliable. Please go to https://whatsonthetube.net and search from the home page.”
    Hope someone can help,
    Thank you

What is the point of having support if no one is going to help, the host will not help because it is a ‘wordpress issue’, wordpress support wont help, what am I supposed to do?
I’m losing traffic because nothing on the damn site will work all because wordpress wanted to update the database.
Is there a way to rollback to the database the way it was before the update? Or am I looking at losing three years of work.
I know I’m sounding like a prick but its damn frustrating sitting here waiting for some help when I haven’t got a clue what to do.

It might have something to do with your Permalinks
